Job Description:

Execute sales activities and secure sales, including but not limited to spare parts, service agreements, ad-hoc projects etc.
Daily monitoring and follow up with operation and administrative sections on customer work orders.
Prepare customers’ quotation for Repair, Servicing, Visual Inspection or Load Testing queries.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular phone calls and meet-ups.
To attend periodic meetings and produce weekly and monthly customer visits/ sales reports etc.
Any other duties as assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate to possess at least a NiTEC (electrical/mechanical preferred).
Working experience in after-sales is an advantage.
Great communication, teamplayer and interpersonal skills.
Sales and result-driven, self-motivated mindset.
Possess class 3 license and own vehicle (preferred).
Proficient in MS office.
Experience with material handling equipment / hydraulic lifting platforms / docklevelers is an advantage.
