About the role
As a Chef de Partie at IDA'S EVENTS PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, overseeing a specific station or area of food preparation. This is a full-time position based in the West Region, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the company's standards
- Coordinating with the Head Chef and other station chefs to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in your station
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies
- Providing guidance and training to junior kitchen staff
- Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Formal culinary training or a relevant qualification in the field of hospitality and tourism
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improve your culinary skills
