Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project cost budgeting, quantity calculation, quotation, and tender document preparation.
• Familiar with Singapore's BCA, MOM, HDB, URA, and other relevant standards and procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, main contractors, and suppliers (bilingual in English and Chinese required).
• Responsible for progress payment applications, change orders (VOs), and final settlement.
• Monitor on-site construction progress to ensure cost control and schedule consistency.
• Assist the project manager in analyzing and optimizing project costs.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years of QS experience in Singapore.
• Familiar with local construction processes, unit prices, materials, and processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• QS diploma/diploma/degree preferred.
• Experience in renovation or general contracting is a plus.
