The Sales Data Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining sales-related data in the company’s database systems. This role ensures data integrity, supports the sales team with timely reports, and maintains confidential business information with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately encode sales orders, invoices, customer information, and other sales-related data into company systems.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
Maintain and update sales databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Generate regular sales reports and summaries for management review.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.
Handle confidential sales and customer information with integrity and discretion.
Organize and file both digital and physical sales documents.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed.
