We are currently looking for a PH Technical Training Specialist who is enthusiastic about working in the Field Operative Development function & having good experience in crane industry in technical / training function. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Field operative development process, conducting the technical trainings, and collaborating with learning facilitators cum key stakeholders to build world-class learning facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Training & Skill Development
- Deliver technical training on product basics and advanced features.
- Build theoretical and hands-on capability for Field Operatives.
- Maintain own competence through TTT programs and global learning interactions.
2. Learning Needs & Planning
- Identify training needs from skill gaps, assessments, legal requirements, and business priorities.
- Create class ID in LMS, schedule class for virtual, and face to face instructor led trainings ensuring availability of trainers, resources, and facilities.
- Plan and execute yearly and monthly training calendars.
- Manage scheduling, enrollment, and learning history documentation.
3. Learning Facility & Tools Management
- Support development and upkeep of world-class training facilities in Philippines
- Ensure availability and safety of tools, simulators, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to capex planning and facility utilization for Philippines facilities.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Support enhancement of training processes, methods, and digital tools.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with learning facilitators, technical experts, regional/global teams, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver need-based training for customer teams when required.
- Support to role-based learning journey program for service operations support role.
