We are seeking a Digital Content Producer/Designer to support the Creative Director in delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging brand design across multiple touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to shaping and evolving brand identity, while delivering creative content across digital, web, and campaigns. You’ll play a key role in ensuring design output is consistent, scalable, and aligned to brand standards.
The Role
You will work closely with the Creative Director and broader business to deliver design and content across websites, campaigns, and marketing channels. From concept through to execution, you’ll bring ideas to life and support brand consistency across all outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Director in delivering brand design and content across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and quality
- Design and optimise website pages, including updates and user experience improvements
- Create digital assets for paid media, social, and web, aligned to campaign objectives
- Contribute to the development and rollout of design systems and templates
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver high-quality visual content
- Support integrated campaigns through design of assets, landing pages, and supporting materials
- Produce branded collateral including social assets, presentations, event materials, and merchandise
- Provide creative support for webinars, events, and digital experiences
- Create and edit video content for campaigns, social, and brand storytelling
- Ensure all creative aligns with the tone and voice of each brand
Tools & Experience
- Proficiency across Figma, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience in video production, editing, and animation (portfolio required)
- Understanding of platform-specific content best practices (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, paid media)
- Experience working with website platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects

- Experience in motion design, branding, or B2B content
