Manage all mechanical engineering scope for urban development projects, including:
- HVAC systems (chilled water, VRF, packaged units)
- Ventilation and smoke control systems
- Fire protection systems
- Plumbing and sanitary systems
Review mechanical designs to ensure compliance with:
- Philippine Mechanical Code (PMC)
- Philippine Plumbing Code
- Fire Code of the Philippines
- Cebu City LGU and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, electrical and civil teams, and contractors
Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and testing & commissioning plans
Conduct technical inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews
Manage mechanical-related risks, non-conformances, and value engineering initiatives
Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of mechanical systems
Prepare technical reports and present progress updates
