Electrical Project Manager - Mixed Development

Manage all electrical engineering scope for urban development projects, including:
- MV/LV power distribution
- Lighting systems
- ELV systems (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS)
Review and manage electrical designs for compliance with:
- Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
- Cebu City LGU requirements
- Local utility provider standards
Coordinate with the client, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
Monitor construction works to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and commissioning plans
Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and progress evaluations
Manage electrical-related risks, technical issues, and value engineering initiatives
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
Prepare progress reports and present updates
