An experienced Salesforce QA professional with strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, and Copado-based DevOps processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality Salesforce releases through robust testing strategies and seamless CI/CD pipeline validation.
- Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.
- Test Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, validation rules, relationships, Lightning components, Flows, and Approval Processes.
- Validate custom developments such as Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components.
- Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and end-to-end integration testing with external systems.
- Use Postman for API validation and data reconciliation.
- Work with Copado for release management, environment promotions, deployment validation, and rollback testing.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners in Agile teams.
