Tax Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns including VAT, withholding taxes, fringe benefit tax, corporate income tax, and documentary stamp tax via EFPS
- Reconcile tax liabilities and compute tax payments prior to electronic filing
- Prepare annual tax compliances including Information Returns (Forms 1604F, 1604E, 1604C) and annual alphalist
- Submit annual books of accounts and tax listings such as monthly alphalist and input/output VAT
Audit and Regulatory Support
- Assist in tax, regulatory, and statutory audits
- Assist to respond to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) inquiries, Letters of Authority (LOAs), and government regulatory assessments
Administrative and Documentation
- Process business permits, tax clearances, and related regulatory documents for all locations
- Maintain and file tax, legal, and financial records in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Support corporate secretary functions and bidding requirements including tax treaty applications and tax residency certificates
