Monitor and analyze system performance against target/KPIs, including toll plaza efficiency, lane utilization, throughput, traffic volume, and transaction trends.
Develop and implement data strategies to design analyses, collection systems, and monitoring approaches that optimize statistical efficiency and capture new metrics.
Track and evaluate system issues by reviewing failure reports, identifying patterns, and recommending corrective actions.
Forecast traffic flow and capacity to anticipate lane utilization and optimize service delivery.
Establish, document, and improve processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across tollway operations.
Prepare performance and analysis reports, ensuring insights are communicated clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and operations teams to drive issue resolution, spearhead improvement initiatives, validate corrective actions, and support audit readiness.
Process confidential data and information according to company guidelines.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
