Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to design optimized process flows, balancing simplicity, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Designs, develops, test, and deploy: o RPA bots o Workflow automations o Low-code/no-code applications o Supporting scripts and system integrations (e.g., Python, Java)
Supports or leads automation initiatives in partnership with Project Managers, Product Owners, and RPA Leads, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live and hypercare phases.
Monitors, supports, and continuously improve production automation solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., document processing, intent detection, smart validations) to enhance automation outcomes.
Contributes to and adhere to automation governance, security standards, and best practices. Collaborate with global automation and digital teams to share learnings, reusable components, and best practices.
Maintain and contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and enablement activities to strengthen organizational automation maturity.
Define and promote reusable components, templates, and frameworks to improve consistency, quality, and maintainability of automation solutions.
Enable and support Junior Solutions Engineers to resolve complex issues through continuous upskilling, cross-skilling, coaching, and mentoring.
Conducts performance coaching and technical mentoring within the automation team.
