The Role

The direct superior is the CMO.

We are looking for a highly strategic and operationally powerhouse Marketing Manager to lead the charge in brand execution. This role is the bridge between vision and reality, working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to translate executive direction into high-performing workflows.

You will be the engine of the department, managing the daily operations of creatives, content, and events while ensuring every deadline is met with precision.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance leadership, execution, efficiency, and creativity. You should be equally confident managing workflows and timelines as you are brainstorming campaigns, handling influencers, or launching offline activations that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Operations, Task Delegation & Deadlines

Workflow Management

Translate executive marketing direction from the CMO into clear workflows, actionable deliverables, and team priorities.

Daily Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the marketing department, including creatives, contents, events, and campaign execution.

Deadline Accountability

Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with brand standards.

Process Improvement

Improve internal systems, communication, and creative processes to maximize productivity and output quality.

Ad-hoc Leadership

Manage urgent priorities and special projects as required by management.

Daily Execution & Content Creation

Content Strategy

Supervise the development of high-performing digital creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Collaboration Proposals

Lead the sourcing and negotiation for collaboration proposals, including influencer partnerships and brand ambassador agreements.

Product & Business Development

Oversee creative production workflows related to product development and B2B ventures. 2

Live Selling & Performance

Manage performance-driven brand execution, including live selling initiatives and digital engagement.

Technical Oversight

Provide hands-on support in video editing and utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro and After Effects) to review or enhance campaign materials.

PR, Events & Offline Marketing

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media partners, PR agencies, and talent managers.

Event Management

Plan and oversee media launches, press events, and experiential campaigns.

Offline Activations

Conceptualize and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as mall activations, print placements, and on-ground campaigns.

Lead Generation

Drive innovative offline activations designed to generate high-quality leads and increase customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience

35 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Brand Management, or Growth Operations.

Leadership

12 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Industry Knowledge

Background in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.

Communication

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
