Responsibilities

ECommerce & Marketing Management

  • Oversee and optimize ecommerce storefronts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and account health.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop content for digital channels.
  • Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports to support business decisions.

Order, Inventory & Fulfillment Operations

  • Manage order processing across all marketplaces, including FBM and FBA.
  • Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock discrepancies, and coordinate replenishments.
  • Handle shipping issues, lost/damaged claims, and coordinate replacements with Customer Service.
  • Ensure accurate fulfillment through thirdparty partners and correct listing configurations.

Technical & Marketplace Support

  • Maintain accurate pricing (MSRP), listings, discount codes, and account health across platforms.
  • Work with web developers to resolve technical issues and update online shops.
  • Collaborate with logistics and integration partners to troubleshoot order and fulfillment flow.

Claims, Chargebacks & Fraud Management

  • Document and process lost/damaged item claims and coordinate with carriers and marketplaces.
  • Review, verify, and dispute chargebacks, working with fraudprevention partners as needed.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team on order concerns, delays, or stock issues.
  • Monitor highrisk and unfulfilled orders and support productrelated inquiries.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain KPI dashboards, sales reports, and marketplace performance analyses.
  • Develop and update SOPs for claims, refunds, fulfillment, and reporting processes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements.

Competitive Analysis & Pricing Strategy

  • Monitor competitor pricing, listings, promotional activity, and brandrelated issues.
  • Ensure correct content, pricing, and Buy Box performance across marketplaces.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Service, Web Development, Operations, and 3PL teams.
  • Provide insights based on sales data to help optimize business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
