- Market, promote, and sell Cathay Land properties through ads, booth manning, open houses, and participation in various marketing initiatives
- Provide clients with assistance/updates on prices, inventory, legal and/or documentary requirements, and other related aspects
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective clients, up to after-sales service
- Build and maintain positive and favorable networks and business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure future sales
- Meet sales targets
- Able to send daily activity reports to upper sales management
- Daily coordination with sellers and leaders for tasks and work schedule alignment
- Attend sales generating events, sales meetings, and other engagement programs initiated by the Company
- NO WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Completed at least 72 units in college
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work on-site: Las Pias City
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
