Family-run Asian fusion restaurant based in Los Angeles. With two restaurant locations, a boba shop, and a catering business that's just getting started, there's a lot happening and a lot of opportunity. Role Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or admin support
- 2+ years working with US, UK, Canadian, or Australian clients
- Must speak and write fluent English, strong written communication is a must for this role
- Must have a reliable backup internet connection. Must have a computer
- Familiarity with CRM tools. Strong plus: Notion, Google Workspace
- Experience in food & beverage, events, or catering is a plus, but not required
- Experience supporting marketing outreach or community engagement (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Respond to catering inquiries and manage client communications from first contact through event confirmation
- Coordinate with the chef, director of operations, and restaurant team to ensure catering events are organized and fully prepped
- Conduct outreach to local schools, churches, and community organizations to promote catering services
- Draft marketing copy, outreach emails, and promotional materials (with team review and approval
- Match incoming invoices from the food prep company against shipment records and flag any discrepancies
- Maintain and update the events calendar, keeping all team members informed of upcoming bookings and deadlines
- Provide day-to-day admin support: managing email, organizing documents, sorting mail, and handling ad hoc requests
