- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for approximately 750 PH employees
- Stabilise, optimise, and improve payroll processes under the new HR/payroll system
- Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll regulations, statutory filings, and audits
- Manage and develop one Payroll Specialist while partnering with local and US finance stakeholders
Anforderungsprofil
The ideal candidate must have:Non‑Negotiables:
- At least 7 years of solid payroll experience handling at least 250 headcount
- Strong stakeholder management and local Philippine payroll expertise, including statutory compliance
- Hands‑on experience in payroll system implementation or post‑implementation stabilisation
- Able to work fully onsite from Tuesday to Saturday
Good‑to‑Haves / Preferred
- Experience supporting US or global stakeholders
- Background in shared services or large operational environments
- Exposure to HRIS or payroll systems such as PeoplesHR or similar platforms
