Job Description
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee periodic forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and track business performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Required (Non-Negotiable)
- 6-8 years' experience across FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles
- Exposure to business transformation or large-scale change initiatives
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Strong business partnering and executive stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Pasay City
Preferred (Good-to-Haves)
- Experience in integrated resorts, gaming, hospitality, or capital-intensive industries
- Background in tech-enabled or data-driven environments
- Experience working with SAP
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
