Job Summary
Understanding Clients Business Processes: Understand the clients business processes and map the requirements to the software being implemented.
Requirement Elicitation: Gather and analyze client requirements, document business processes, and recommend solutions using the specific application or modules.
Conducting Workshops: They conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and align with the functionality of the software being implemented accordingly.
Configuration: Configure the software being implemented to align with business processes.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the software.
Documentation: They draft the necessary documentation (workflows) and guidelines for every business department.
Project Management: They organize and follow up on the software implementations.
Issue Resolution: Analyze and manage issues arising during implementation and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field is required
1 to 2 years of experience in Software Support or Software Implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Able to identify, capture and translate business requirements for technical teams.
