IT Support Specialist - (US IT Consulting, WFH)
Salary: P40,000 - P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9 pm - 6 am PH time)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support or related experience
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA and RMM platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
- Experience with SentinelOne antivirus solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in a remote setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
- A drive to learn new technologies and grow within the field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) preferred but not required.
What will you do?
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote tools.
- Respond to and troubleshoot tickets via phone, email, and remote desktop support.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of remote computer systems and peripherals.
- Utilize ConnectWise PSA and RMM tools to manage, track, and resolve service requests eAiciently.
- Perform regular OS patching and updates to ensure system security and performance.
- Assist in user onboarding and IT training via virtual sessions.
- Support and monitor SentinelOne antivirus deployment and management.
- Document and escalate issues as required to senior IT staA.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT issues and resolutions.
