Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Responsible for receiving all Goods Issue of customer order subject for delivery and pick up.
- Review picking lists and verify order details against the system and customer requirements
Qualifications
- With HS DIPLOMA or Tertiary Level with TOR
- At least 6 months-1 year work experience in retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
