- Collaborate with finance and other functions to align cost management strategies with business objectives.
- Work closely with leadership, department heads, and operational teams to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
- Promote collaboration across business units to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational and project-related risks.
- Develop and maintain audit frameworks and quality control processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system aligned with recognized standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's Degree
- A strong background in consultancy, strategy, and change management within the transport and logistics industry.
- Has Lean Methodology or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Proven expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management practices.
- Must be open to work onsite in Quezon City, Mondays to Fridays
