What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Microsoft Certified professional to support, optimize, and manage Microsoft 365 environments for SMB clients. This role plays a key part in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions aligned with modern workplace needs.
Skills Required
- Microsoft Certified:
- MS-800: Managing Microsoft Teams
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- 2-5+ years experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Defender / Security tools
- Azure fundamentals
- Backup & disaster recovery solutions
- Exposure to cloud migrations and hybrid environments
- Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint
- Azure AD / Identity & Access Management
- Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Experience supporting SMB environments or MSP (Managed Service Provider) setups
- Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills
Nice to have:

- Ability to simplify technical solutions for business users
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
What will you do?
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage identity and access (Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Configure and maintain endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
- Support security and compliance (Defender, data protection, policies)
- Troubleshoot user, system, and connectivity issues across cloud environments
- Assist with tenant migrations, onboarding, and optimization projects
- Collaborate with internal engineers to deliver managed IT services for SMB clients
- Document configurations, processes, and client environments
