JOB DESCRIPTION:

Document and encode all raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and consumables receipts and issuances in the system timely.
Receive raw materials from Warehouse and ensure quantity, integrity, and cleanliness of materials and pallets.
Issue raw materials for Production based on Material Coordinator's instructions; accommodate urgent requests.
Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure weekly production requirements are available; report shortages immediately.
Assist in month-end physical inventory counts.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Production Warehouse; comply with cGMP and SSOP standards.
Complete Production Warehouse forms/records accurately and report any nonconformities.
Maintain forklift in clean and working condition; report concerns promptly.
Communicate relevant information to other departments to support production and operational needs.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
