Job Summary
Gang Gang Chicken is looking for a dedicated and experienced
TEAM LEADER to supervise daily store operations, lead the kitchen and service team, and ensure excellent customer experience. The team leader will support management in maintaining operational standards, food quality, and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and guide kitchen staff and service crew.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with management regarding store performance and operational needs.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control.
- Support in training new employees.
Qualifications
- A graduate of any business, hospitality, or related course is an advantage.
- At least 12 years of experience in a team leader role in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible, organized, and customer-focused.
