WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyze performance metrics and trends
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity

You Must Have
- At least 1-2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Must be based in Metro Manila
