Responsible for leading and managing projects and initiatives of Transaction Banking Group (TBG) from initiation through implementation.
How will you contribute?
Establish project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Drives the interaction with stakeholders for obtaining specific requirements and securing consensus for the assigned projects
Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, timelines, resources, and budget
Manage the establishment of key requirements, business cases, and critical success factors
Oversee project execution, ensuring that all related requirements and outputs are delivered on time and within scope & budget
Manages changing project requirements
Ensures timely resolution of all challenges, risks, and other issues related to projects handled
Supports and/or implements other initiatives and directives as may be required
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, provide regular project status updates, conduct stakeholder meetings
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Keeps abreast of updates on BSP policies as stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Bank policies as specified in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies
What will make you successful?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field
A Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage
Highly proficient in project management methodologies and best practices
Experienced in project planning, scope management, resource/budget management, and risk management
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a banking or financial services environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).
