What Youll Do

Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are operating efficiently
Monitor vehicle utilization, dispatching, and driver scheduling
Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are conducted on time
Handle vehicle-related incidents, accident reports, and insurance coordination
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs
Ensure drivers comply with company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures
Coordinate with suppliers, repair shops, and external service providers
Maintain accurate fleet records, maintenance logs, and operational reports
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and safety
Address operational issues and provide immediate solutions to minimize downtime
Monitor driver performance, attendance, and behavior
Assist in improving fleet efficiency and operational productivity

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
At least 13 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or operations supervision
Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance processes
Experience handling accident claims, repairs, and vehicle coordination is an advantage
Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet monitoring tools is a plus
Willing to do field work and flexible with schedules when needed
