Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, cost control, budgets, and bill of quantities.
- Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and technical drawings.
- Review all estimates, costings, and proposal.
- Provide cost advice, value engineering and risk management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed is preferred but not required
- 2-3 years experience in estimation and quantity surveying
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Autocad and any QS Software is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Construction methods and processes.
- Can start ASAP
