Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent sales performance
  • Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance and gather competitor insights
  • Implement sales strategies, promotions, and incentive programs for partners
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely product delivery
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Provide product training and support to distributors and their sales teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in distribution or channel sales
  • Strong understanding of distribution systems and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Proven track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets
