Job Description
We are looking for an ECU Engineering Consultant to support automotive engineering activities in an international and Japanese-speaking environment. You will contribute to ECU-related development activities while ensuring smooth IT and operational support for engineering teams. This role requires strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in remote and collaborative environments.
Your missions
- Support ECU-related engineering and development activities at a mid-level capacity.
- Perform Windows Server operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Handle Windows-related technical support including:
- User account management and password resets
- Group policy verification
- Application troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Japanese-speaking work environment.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Work remotely when required while maintaining productivity and service quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and IT support processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in engineering or IT support environments.
- Experience with ECU engineering or automotive-related projects is highly appreciated.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server operations and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Windows environment administration and support.
- Ability to work independently in remote work settings while maintaining effective communication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Professional communication skills in a Japanese-speaking environment.
- Ability to collaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
