About the Role – Junior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Customer Service Analytics team.

This role will support the team by maintaining BI systems, optimizing SQL processes, and managing dashboards — helping free up senior analysts’ time for deeper product and customer insights.

You’ll play a key role in improving data pipelines, dashboards, and overall reporting efficiency across Customer Service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Silver and Gold data layers for Customer Service analytics.
• Refactor legacy tables into modular and well-documented structures using Git.
• Optimize SQL pipelines and implement incremental updates.
• Maintain and improve Grafana and Tableau dashboards.
• Extend data marts with new metrics and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Perform manual BI tasks such as report generation and data extracts when needed.
• Collaborate with analysts and business leads to validate metrics and monitor data quality.
• Identify and address data-quality issues, ensuring data freshness and completeness.

Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on experience in data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in writing optimized queries.
• Familiar with BI tools such as Tableau and/or Grafana.
• Understanding of data quality and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and curious about Customer Service analytics (AHT, FRT, SLA, queue dynamics).
