Visit assigned supermarkets, convenience stores, and partner outlets to monitor product displays and ensure stock availability.
Maintain freezer cleanliness, temperature control, and proper product rotation (FIFO)
Replenish products and ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf positioning.
Coordinate with store personnel to implement in-store promotions and merchandising materials.
Provide feedback on stock levels, competitor activity, and customer concerns.
Report issues related to product quality, out-of-stocks, or display problems to the supervisor or sales team.
Take photos of display compliance and promotional execution for reporting purposes.
Ensure that Aice brnading materials are complete, clean and visible at all times.
Assist in deploying new product placements and seasonal campaigns.
High School graduate; Vocational course, Senior High graduate
At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, experience in FMCG or retail.
Familiarity with grocery or convenience store operations.
Physically fit and willing to travel daily to multiple store locations
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferably owns a ,motorcycle or has access to daily transport (depending on route assignment).
