Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented KPI Analytics Specialist to support dashboard governance, KPI tracking, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure dashboard accuracy, validate data quality, and translate analytics into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and validate KPI inputs from various stakeholders
- Raise, track, and resolve data quality issues
- Support KPI standardization across the organization
- Validate dashboard accuracy, consistency, and readiness for governance reviews
- Support dashboard enhancements and data corrections
- Prepare insights and reports for governance and management calls
- Translate dashboard outputs into clear governance insights
- Ensure reporting quality and alignment with business requirements
Required Skills- Experience working with management dashboards (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar enterprise tools)
- Strong experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Background in analytics and data interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in analytics, KPI reporting, or dashboard management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Work Setup- Hybrid setup: 2x onsite per week, 3x work from home
- Onsite location: Uptown Tower 2, Taguig City
