Analyze business requirements, define test scenarios based on project specifications, and complete reviews of the test scopes.
Develop test plans, create test data, and execute tests.
Track defects and analyze program quality, coordinate with developers to rectify defects encountered during testing.
Develop and maintain necessary test documentation as required by the project.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Software or related fields, and CET-6 in English or excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
1-5 years of testing experience, proficient in widely used testing methodology, and capable of setting up software testing environment.
Have an exploratory testing mindset, capable of learning new concepts and execute testing concurrently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to independently write and complete test documentation.
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze defects.
Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong competitive spirit and teamwork mindset, capable of managing work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant work experience in the banking and financial sectors.
Experience in automation testing.
Proficiency in a programming language such as Java or Python.
