The Role
• Define and implement quality metrics for established workflows
• Create prescriptive actions for quality issues and analyze data trends to develop solutions
• Partner with customers, operations, and internal support teams to optimize workflow quality
• Conduct side-by-side analyses to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement and quality improvements
• Monitor quality performance and coach operations teams
• Handle customer escalations and provide recommendations for improvement
What You'll Need
• Advanced-level proficiency in French (C1+ or equivalent fluency)
• Intermediate-level proficiency in English (B2+ or equivalent fluency)
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or data quality roles
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting quality metrics or KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying root causes
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, or quality guidelines
