Responsibilities
- Support Customers: Assist customers through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media channels.
- Manage Customer Needs: Help customers with orders, shipping updates, product information, returns, and general inquiries.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Provide thoughtful, professional, and high-quality support aligned with TalentPop App’s customer experience standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Experience using platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
