Job Descriptions
- Supervise and monitor the daily progress of maintenance works to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare and submit completion reports and records accurately and on time.
- Provide support to the Manager in general duties and operations.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- EITHER
- a Diploma or Higher Certificate in the field of Civil Engineering or equivalent (including but not limited to Building, Environmental or Construction Management etc.),
AND
a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in road and drainage works or a minimum of four years of experience in road and drainage works;
OR
- a minimum seven years of experience in road and drainage works.
- Holder of valid driving license (Class 1 or 2) is a advantage.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
Working location: Kai Tak
