The Operational Support Assistant plays a critical execution role within the support and operations function, ensuring system stability, operational visibility, and administrative continuity across platforms and processes. This role operates at the intersection of monitoring, documentation, and day-to-day operational support, enabling senior technical and program teams to stay focused on delivery.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and operational dashboards to identify anomalies, trends, and potential issues.
- Perform first-level triage by documenting findings and escalating issues according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of logs, incidents, and support activities for auditability and reporting.
- Support administrative and operational workflows, including data entry, documentation upkeep, and task coordination.
- Assist with routine system checks and operational validations to ensure platform reliability.
- Collaborate with technical, support, and program teams to ensure timely follow-through on assigned actions.
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as required to maintain business continuity.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors or College degree.
- IT graduates or any related computer courses is an advantage.
- Critical decision-making Skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City.
