Job Description

Visit and evaluate potential mall sites for new branch locations.
Prepare and send formal letters of intent to mall administrators to express interest in leasing.
Handle and settle required payments (e.g., security deposits, bonds, construction fees).
Coordinate with internal departments (P&EL, Procurement, Accounting, etc.) for construction and launch preparations.
Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and furnishings are prepared prior to branch opening.
Comply with established procedures and mall regulations throughout the lease period.
Oversee the planning and execution of branch opening events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with mall administrators, contractors, and internal teams.
Knowledge of leasing processes, branch operations, or construction coordination is an advantage.
Willing to do field work.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
