Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience Level: 35 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a leadership role
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, Talent Management, Excellent Leadership Development and Performance Management skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and a strategic mindset
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Overall HR Operations of the organization
