Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Level: 35 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a leadership role
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, Talent Management, Excellent Leadership Development and Performance Management skills
