• A new mortgage brokerage brand for UAE expats, backed by a full team of bankers, lawyers, accountants, and property specialists.
Two brands, one content engine, massive growth ahead.
We're hiring a Head of Content to own the content machine across both brands. You'll build and run the strategy, production pipeline, and team for YouTube, Instagram, and email.
You report directly to the Founder & CEO and work alongside an award-winning YouTube strategist.
What you'll do:
• Own content strategy and calendar across YouTube, Instagram, and Email
• Run the full YouTube production pipeline from research to analytics
• Partner with our external YouTube strategy consultant
• Manage Instagram agency and short-form content
• Lead a distributed team of hosts, editors, agencies, and freelancers
What we're looking for:
• Proven track record managing a YouTube channel (ideally 50K+ subs or strong growth trajectory)
• Experience coordinating multi-format content (long-form video, short-form, email)
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal English
Fully remote. Full-time contract. Being in Dubai is a plus.
