The role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama) Developer to design, develop, and optimize data-driven marketing analytics solutions. The role focuses on building scalable dashboards, integrating diverse data sources, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality visual analytics solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
- Integrate and transform data from multiple marketing and business systems into unified reporting structures.
- Build and optimize Tableau dashboards for executive and operational reporting needs.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline reporting workflows and improve data refresh efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
- Monitor dashboard performance and continuously optimize for speed and usability
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of data and reporting issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in analytics development, business intelligence, or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard design, and UX best practices for analytics
- Experience designing and developing interactive reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience integrating Tableau with multiple data sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of scripting and automation to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, query optimization, and dashboard performance improvements in analytics environments
- Ability to work with APIs and data pipelines for marketing and business intelligence systems
