About the Role

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript / JavaScript)
- Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
- Create and maintain test cases based on business requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams
- Perform basic backend validation using SQL queries
- Identify, track, and resolve defects to ensure high-quality releases
Must-Have
- ✅ Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript or JavaScript)
- ✅ Strong programming skills in JavaScript or Python
- ✅ Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
Nice to Have
- Experience with Appium for mobile automation
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath or similar)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman), JMeter, or CI/CD pipelines
- Basic scripting or Linux/Unix environment knowledge
