Job Overview
The Commercialization Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercialization initiatives by ensuring operational readiness, supply alignment, and cross-functional coordination for product launches and business initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization initiatives from planning to market deployment
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure launch readiness
- Manage timelines, production schedules, material availability, and launch risks
- Oversee production trials, commercial runs, and deployment execution
- Support demand planning, forecasting validation, and annual business planning activities
- Provide post-launch analysis and recommendations for inventory and supply optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve commercialization efficiency and visibility
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, and stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercialization, operations, project management, or supply chain
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food, beverage, or consumer goods industries preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
