About the role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll join our People & Culture team and lead the recruiting team responsible for bringing the best talent into a fast-growing, fully distributed company. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the standard for how we recruit, coach your team to hit it, and build a hiring engine that balances quality and speed as we grow.

You'll be both a player and a coach: close enough to the work to recruit, headhunt, and interview candidates yourself, and strategic enough to build the systems, metrics, and processes that let the team scale without losing rigor.


What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, setting clear expectations and helping each person grow.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across roles: from intake and sourcing strategy through screening, candidate experience, and offer.
  • Actively recruit, headhunt, and conduct interviews yourself, staying close enough to the work to know what good looks like.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and align on role requirements.
  • Define, track, and enforce the recruiting team's KPIs and metrics, and use them to keep the team aligned, fast, and focused without sacrificing quality.
  • Keep the team aligned, fast, and consistent: running cadenced reviews, removing bottlenecks, and balancing speed against the quality bar so neither slips.
  • Build and refine scalable sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows suited to a fully remote, global talent pool.
  • Constantly improve how we recruit — championing better tools, systems, and processes as the company scales.
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience and a strong, consistent employer brand at every touchpoint.
  • Report on hiring performance and pipeline health to leadership, translating data into clear recommendations.


What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition in a remote setting, ideally recruiting for fully remote companies.
  • Proven experience in global remote recruitment: this is a must.
  • 2+ years of team management experience, with a track record of leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Hands-on experience implementing an ATS and being one of its first users, and a habit of constantly improving the systems and processes around it.
  • Strong command of recruitment KPIs and metrics: you know which numbers matter, how to measure them, and how to use them to keep a team aligned, fast, and focused without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hiring speed with a high-quality bar and to instill that discipline in a team.
  • Experience building or improving recruitment processes, workflows, and sourcing strategies at a scaling company.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across a distributed, global organization.
  • A data-driven, organized, and proactive approach to leading and prioritizing work.


What success looks like

  • Within your first 90 days, you'll fully understand the roles we're hiring for and the business behind them, drive momentum with the recruiting team to close current open roles, have a fully operational ATS, and build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership, becoming a trusted advisor they rely on.

How our hiring process works:

We are a fully remote company, and our hiring process reflects that. The first stages are completely asynchronous: no surprise calls, no scheduling pressure. You will complete a short written application and, if selected, move through an async assessment at your own pace. Candidates who advance through the initial stages will then be invited to schedule a live interview.
