Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team to achieve professional and organizational goals
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
- Oversee the end-to-end development of lifecycle using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of reports with business objectives
- Establish and uphold reporting standards, templates, and best practices
- Monitor report performance and drive continuous improvements in usability and efficiency
- Promote data literacy through training and support for report users across the organization
- Identify opportunities for automation and enhance data accessibility
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within BI, reporting, or data analytics
- Strong expertise in developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Experience managing reporting projects with a track record of timely delivery
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with SQL and data management concepts is a plus
Preferred Attributes:- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with key performance metrics
- Experience training and supporting end users in report interpretation
- Knowledge of cloud-based BI solutions is advantageous
