About The Role
Location: Ermita, Manila
Role Type: Full-time (onsite)
Department: Supply Chain Planning and Operations
Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager
The
Branch Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate sending of PL reports for the inbound shipments.
Other requirements include the following:
- Implement to assigned teams the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines of LGU regulations.
- Conduct monthly cycle count.
- Track and investigate inventory variance.
- Draft circular memo for stocks transfer from Branches and coordinate issues and concerns on stocks transfer.
- Sending of reports for incoming shipments, such as arrival reports, packing lists and discrepancy reports.
- Implement the execution of ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches.
- Carry out the tasks and responsibilities in the absence of a Marketing Coordinator to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any four-year business-related course.
- At least 1 year experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- Oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Time Management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and optimize productivity.
