Key Responsibilities
- Lead merchant acquisition efforts to expand our portfolio and grow the business
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Support and execute sales strategies for acquisition and growth
- Quickly resolve client issues and escalate when needed
- Ensure accuracy in client data and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) for smooth client onboarding
- Handle renewals and promote client loyalty
- Identify business opportunities and address potential issues before they escalate
- Uphold quality and compliance standards aligned with our Information Security Management System
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong background in relationship management, customer service, or sales
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage client concerns efficiently
- A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude
- Collaborative spirit and team-oriented
- Knowledge in sales strategy, data reporting, and CRM software
