Requirements
Must-haves
- 8+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
- Proficiency with observability tooling and SLI/SLO definition
- Ability to handle production incident response calmly and pragmatically
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What they'll work on
- Increase availability and resiliency, reduce operational risk, automate everything possible
- Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS) production environments
- Standardize and automate provisioning and deployments using IaC and CI/CD pipelines
- Define SLI/SLOs and maintain observability through metrics, alerting, and dashboards
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting, run postmortems, and implement preventive improvements
- Operate safely within an environment that involves crypto components (e.g., Liquid Network, Bitcoin)
